ADDING SARDA™ EMAILS TO YOUR “ALLOWLIST”

Recently, email providers such as (but not limited to) Google and Yahoo have introduced more strict measures to combat spam. While SARDA is in compliance with these guidelines, this has resulted in customers missing out on important promotions and announcements, and in some cases, order confirmations.

While we appreciate the efforts to combat unwanted spam, we understand and share in your frustration at not receiving our emails, especially when you have previously opted in to receiving them. While we work through what these new rules mean, we want to provide you with some options to ensure you’re receiving our emails.

To ensure you’re receiving our emails, you will want to list us as an “allowlist” address. “Allowlist” simply means to tell your email provider that you do want to receive emails from us. It’s the opposite of sending our emails to your spam or junk folder. Here are some options for how to “allowlist” us on various platforms.
