We are excited about the launch of the new sarda.com website on Tuesday, April 2 at 3:00p ET / Noon PT. We know you have a lot of questions, and while we can’t answer them all, we can provide you some of the essential information you need to get ready!

When is the last day I can shop on the current platform?

The last day to shop on our existing platform will be April 1 at 10:00p ET / 7:00p PT. You will need to close your carts out by then (and it would be wise not to wait until the last minute). At that time, the SARDA as you know it will cease to exist…for approximately 18 hours. The site will be unavailable to shop between the time it shuts down and Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 3:00p ET / Noon PT.

When does the new site launch?

APRIL 2, 2024

At 3:00 p ET / Noon PT, the new sarda.com goes live! The website address will remain the same, but the new site will be completely different. We are looking forward to all the new features, and a sleek, elevated shopping experience for you.

How do I access the new website?

Simple! Just use the sarda.com address.

Note: For some customers, it could take up to 24 hours for the new web domain to switch over from our old host to the new one.

It would be advisable to clear out your cookies and cache, as well as your browser history, in the event you are unable to access the site immediately. However, how long it takes for you to see the new domain is out of our control.

Will I have access to my previous customer account?

Once the site goes live, you will be able to access your customer account. To do this, you will need to “create a new account” and set up a new password, but your existing email address will provide you access to your old account.

Will I have access to my order history?

You will be able to access order histories by clicking on the “my account” icon on the new site. NOTE: Order histories will only go back 12 months and will be removed monthly. If you want a complete record of your order history, we advise you to save now in advance of the move to our new platform.

Why can’t I access my order history past 12 months?
To fully optimize the new website and provide you with an exceptional (and quick!) shopping experience, you will be able to access orders for the previous 12 months. If you would like a complete record, please save them periodically. 
Will I see all my previous orders in the last 12 months?

Some customers may not initially see their entire order history over the last 12 months, as we fully transition the site and transfer products. We expect the transition to be complete by the middle of May.

How do I access my wish-list?

Your previous wish-lists will be unavailable once the transition to the new website is complete, so if you would like to have some record of these lists, we advise you to save them now. We are very excited about the new wish-list platform, which will also allow you have multiple wish-list and be notified when out of stock items return!
