Wise Dragon Pendant™ II in Labradorite

The Wise Dragon pendant from Sarda is a stunning piece of artwork. I’ve been eyeing it for a very long time. I just received this and I am not disappointed. The level of detail that goes into Sarda’s silverwork pieces is truly exceptional. This pendant is a beautiful lifetime piece, worthy of being handed down to the next generation. The front is a large medallion of labradorite carved with an intricate dragon. Around the labradorite medallion is an another 3-D dragon in sterling silver curling around the entire piece - complete with scales, eyes, feathers, feet with claws, teeth, whiskers and a tongue! Unbelievable. The back also has a detailed dragon in stunning silver work. If you wanted to, you could essentially wear this pendant reversed. This version has a magnetic enhancer bail which opens and can be worn over any necklace. There is another version with a regular bail, which could be worn on virtually any chain. The weight, coloring, and the artwork on this pendant is extraordinary. There is nothing like it in the market. Although I wear it proudly; no doubt it belongs in a museum.

This pendant is really a piece of sculpture that you can wear. It’s gorgeous from every angle - even the back! I love the impressive silver work. And the carved Labradorite - WOW! The labradorescence adds even more beauty to the pendant.

I have been wanting this pendant the moment I saw it but unfortunately, each time it was featured I couldn't afford it. Thankfully, this winter, it was on sale and at a price I could afford, and I didn't hesitate to purchase it. I'm so glad I got this pendant. It is everything I thought it would be and more. As always, the design is outstanding, and the artisan work is first rate. I don't think there is anything I don't love that Janyl and her artisans create but I must say, this pendant is by far my favorite.....for now! LOL!
